Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading, installing, or using VIMS ("Application"). By installing or using the Application you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Application.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, VIMS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

The Application may integrate with third-party services including QuickBooks Online (Intuit Inc.) and Plaid Inc. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. VIMS is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
When you connect financial accounts through the Application, you authorize VIMS to access your financial data solely to provide the features you request. VIMS does not sell your financial data. All access tokens are stored encrypted on your local device.
The Application and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the exclusive property of VIMS and its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or logos of VIMS.
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
VIMS may from time to time provide updates to the Application. Updates may be automatic. VIMS reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Application (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. VIMS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VIMS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF VIMS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term hereof. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Application in your possession.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
