Connect Postgres, MySQL, SQLite, ClickHouse, and more. Inspect schemas, chat with your data, run SQL, and share a workspace by key — no central server.

SELECT name, total FROM orders WHERE total > 500 ORDER BY total DESC 6 rows · 12ms

What it does

Database connects to engines you already run, shows schema and ER graphs, and lets you ask questions in plain language or write SQL directly. Browser workspaces replicate peer-to-peer between members; the desktop app adds local engine access.

01
Many enginesPostgres, MySQL, SQLite, ClickHouse, MongoDB, Redis, and others through one interface.
02
Schema and ER graphBrowse tables, columns, indexes, and relationships visually.
03
AI query chatAsk a question; get the SQL, the result, and an explanation.
04
SQL editorWrite, format, and run queries with result grids.
05
Shared by keyInvite collaborators to a workspace with a key; access follows your identity’s ACL.
06
Agent accessFlows and agents query the same connections through MCP.

How it works

  1. Create a workspace and add a connection
  2. Explore the schema or ask a question
  3. Run, refine, and share the result

FAQ

Where do credentials live?

Connection secrets stay on the device that added them; browser workspaces share structure and results, not passwords.

Can agents write to my database?

Only if you grant it. Read-only is the default for agent and MCP access.

Can I use VIMS Database in a browser and in VIMS Desktop?

Yes. Open it at its subdomain, or use the same surface inside the VIMS Desktop client — same key, same data.

How does VIMS Database connect to the rest of VIMS?

It shares your identity from keys.vims.com and is reachable by agents through MCP and Flow, so it works alongside every other VIMS app.
