Browser · macOS · Windows · Linux · ChromeOS

What it does

Meeting creates a room from a key, connects participants peer-to-peer over WebRTC, and leaves nothing behind when it ends. Pair it with Schedule for bookings, and let a fleet agent join to transcribe and take notes.

01
WebRTC roomsDirect peer connections; a TURN relay only when a network requires it.
02
Screen sharingShare a window or screen from any participant.
03
Guest linksAnyone with the link joins from a browser — no install, no sign-up.
04
Agent participantsA VIMS agent can join, transcribe, and produce notes.
05
Schedule pairingBookings from schedule.vims.com land in the room automatically.
06
Ephemeral by defaultNo recordings or history unless you keep them.

How it works

  1. Create a room
  2. Share the link
  3. Meet; optionally add an agent for notes

FAQ

How many participants?

Mesh WebRTC suits small rooms; larger sessions route through the VIMS SFU at meeting.vims.com.

Is it recorded?

Not unless a participant or agent explicitly saves notes or a transcript.

Can I use VIMS Meeting in a browser and in VIMS Desktop?

Yes. Open it at its subdomain, or use the same surface inside the VIMS Desktop client — same key, same data.

How does VIMS Meeting connect to the rest of VIMS?

It shares your identity from keys.vims.com and is reachable by agents through MCP and Flow, so it works alongside every other VIMS app.
